Non-Consensual Content Policy

You are prohibited from posting or sharing intimate photos or videos of someone that were produced or distributed without their consent on Sex.com.

Sharing explicit sexual images or videos of an individual online without their consent is a severe violation of their privacy and the Sex.com Terms of Service. Sometimes referred to as revenge porn, this content poses serious safety and security risks for the affected individuals, leading to potential physical, emotional, and financial hardship.

Violations of this Policy

Under this policy, you are not allowed to post or share explicit images or videos that were taken, appear to have been taken, or were shared without the consent of the individuals involved. Examples of content that violate this policy include, but are not limited to:

  1. Non-consensual sexual acts:
    1. Any type of any illegal activities: e.g. such as sexual assault.
    2. Any manifestation of Forced Labour. Forced labor refers to any work or service that individuals are compelled to perform under threat, coercion, or deception, where they do not have the freedom to refuse or leave the situation. It is a severe violation of human rights, often involving exploitative conditions, and is universally condemned.
  2. Sharing intimate content without consent:
    1. Content infringing on human, IP and image rights.
    2. “Revenge porn”.
    3. Other forms of fraudulent conduct resulting in the non-consensual exposure of intimate imagery or personal data (e.g.: doxing).
  3. Involving or depicting persons whose proper consent cannot be manifestly established or is clearly lacking
    1. Performing any activities while drugged or intoxicated.
    2. Any sexual acts while the performer is incapacitated.
    3. Mesmerized or hypnotized participants.
    4. (Depicted as) acting under coercion or as a blackmailing victim.
    5. Content filmed without consent, for example hidden camera, spy camera, or upskirt.
  4. Impersonation
    1. All forms of content that impersonates, simulates, parodies, or imitates others in a recognizable way.
  5. Misleading, deceiving, manipulated content
    1. For example, “deepfakes” or other edited content where the content depicted differs from the content originally produced.
  6. AI generated content
    1. Content generated based on the likeness of a real-life person, often a celebrity. Akin to deepfake.

Exceptions to this Policy

Pornography and other forms of consensually produced adult content in accordance with the Terms of Service are not considered violations of this policy.

Content Reportable by Anyone

We acknowledge the difficulty of reporting such content for those impacted. To reduce the burden on affected individuals, anyone can report the following types of content.

  1. Content infringing on human, IP and image rights.
  2. “Revenge porn”.
  3. Other forms of fraudulent conduct resulting in the non-consensual exposure of intimate imagery or personal data (e.g.: doxing).
  4. Performing any activities while drugged or intoxicated.
  5. Any sexual acts while the performer is incapacitated.
  6. Mesmerized or hypnotized participants.
  7. (Depicted as) acting under coercion or as a blackmailing victim.
  8. Content filmed without consent, for example hidden camera, spy camera, or upskirt.
  9. Any type of any illegal activities: e.g. such as sexual assault.
  10. Any manifestation of Forced Labour.

Consequences for Violations

Any account identified as the original poster of intimate media created or shared without consent will be immediately and permanently suspended. The same action will be taken against any account posting only this type of content, such as accounts dedicated to sharing upskirt images. If you believe your account was suspended in error, you can appeal the decision by sending an email to support@sex.com.
